It operates as a persistent execution environment integrating structured input, temporal sequencing, and system-generated outputs.
The OS combines system infrastructure, structured methodologies, and defined interaction models into a unified execution environment that organizations connect to.

The system is built on accumulated leadership data, structural patterns, and execution models developed over extended time horizons.
The underlying system architecture, structural logic, and processing models are proprietary to Florian Brach Executive Search LLC.

Access Framework
Access to CEO 2028 OS is restricted and granted selectively.
Each access instance is configured based on organizational structure, leadership scope, and system requirements.
Florian Brach Executive Search LLC retains full discretion over granting, configuring, limiting, or terminating access in cases of misuse, breach of these Terms, non-compliance with system requirements, or actions affecting system integrity.

System Interaction and User Obligations

All interactions contribute to execution visibility, constraint identification, and system outputs.

Users are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all data entered into the system.

The system does not execute decisions. All interpretation and action remain the responsibility of the organization.

Confidentiality

All system structures, logic, outputs, and internal methodologies are confidential and may not be disclosed, reproduced, or transferred without prior written consent.

Derived insights, system intelligence, and structural patterns generated through system operation remain the sole property of Florian Brach Executive Search LLC and are not transferable outside the system.

System Integrity
CEO 2028 OS operates as a closed execution environment.
Unauthorized attempts to replicate, extract, reverse-engineer, or bypass system structures, logic, or components are prohibited.
Any action compromising system integrity may result in immediate termination of access.

Commercial Terms

Non-compliance with payment terms may lead to suspension or termination of access without further notice.

Liability

Florian Brach Executive Search LLC shall not be liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes derived from system usage.

Florian Brach Executive Search LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, or business interruption.
Organizations acknowledge that results depend on leadership execution within the system, not on the system itself.

System Evolution
CEO 2028 OS is continuously developed and adapted.
System structures, logic, and interfaces may change over time.
Such changes do not alter the core purpose of the system as an execution environment.
Continued use of the OS constitutes acceptance of these changes.

Termination and Data Handling
Access to the OS may be terminated by Florian Brach Executive Search LLC in accordance with these Terms.
Upon termination, system access may be discontinued immediately.

Organizations may request export of their raw submitted data within a reasonable period following termination.
Derived system structures, logic, and system-generated intelligence are not included in any data export and remain the property of Florian Brach Executive Search LLC.

No Outcome Guarantee
The system provides infrastructure for execution visibility and acceleration.
No guarantees are made regarding specific business outcomes.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
